The Core
PBM360 is a deterministic rules engine that is written, owned, and maintained by EHO. The Core processes every claim, record change, settlement, and report on the platform. Each account supports unlimited programs, each with its own parameters, formularies, and billing rules. It is built for specialty programs and claims and has fixed-point arithmetic accuracy to four decimal places.
Our systems run on servers built to EHO's specifications, with redundant hardware, power, and telecom, a backup data center, four pharmacy switches, and a recovery point measured in minutes.
The UI
Client Services is the web portal where your team manages programs and patients, runs reports, and handles prior authorization. Every change propagates to the Core in real time, while the Core itself is never directly accessible to client personnel.
Native capability
EHO built prior authorization into the platform itself. When a request meets your criteria, the platform approves it automatically. Exceptions are routed through system workflows.
Prescribing
Prescribers keep working in familiar systems. PBM360 integrates with a wide range of EMR systems, directly through APIs or through integration partners, and Client Services adds ePrescribing, including for controlled substances.
Read/write infrastructure
REST APIs give your systems real-time read and write access to the platform through a controlled interface, never direct access to the Core. APIs and pharmacy switch connections use standard healthcare formats.
Reporting
PBM360 includes more than 30 standard reports, and you can build custom templates by client, program, or patient. Run them in Client Services or receive them on your defined schedules.
